Culture Group are Appointed by Google

Cardiff based communications company Culture Group have been appointed by Google as a creative agency providing content to market Google's services and apps to businesses.

Culture Group, who specialise in 'brand narrative' - creating content and communications strategies to tell the story behind a brand, have a client portfolio that spans charity and blue-chip brands as well as newly launched ones.

Founded by Welsh entrepreneur Glynn Pegler with a small grant from The Princes Trust when he was just 15, the Culture brand developed from a regional magazine, to one of the UK's most sought after new communications consultancies, with clients including consumer brands such as Red Bull and Guinness and charity clients ranging from UnLtd to Action for Children.

Commenting on the appointment, Projects Manager at Google UK, Emma Thorn said:

Culture Group's appointment comes at the time Cardiff, looks to expand its reach in the creative industries. September 12th sees 'Creative Cardiff', a launch platform being held at BAFTA's offices in London's Piccadilly to raise awareness of the opportunities offered by Cardiff-based creatives.
